The beastly man fears freedom
more than being flayed alive.

Enclosed by four walls
he does not search within the earth
for the stone, the one that will ignite the fire anew.

Saved by the Philosopher
he feels he has been dragged under the blinding light.

Where night and day dwell
things are born and begin his journey.

So thirsty is his heart
that he will cross waters and rivers without taking a sip
until he reaches the source.
